What is a Doctors Sick Note?
If you have been unwell or have a health condition, you may need to take time off of work or education. Our GPs can issue you same-day doctors sick note London, including a private sick note UK.
Please note we do not write a private GP sick note for longer than 14 days at a time, and GPs are unable to back-date the notes. Gogodoc is a private doctor sick note service and does not provide Med3 notes. These are available from your NHS GP only.
How to obtain a fit/sick note online UK?
You only need to book a 15-minute online consultation to speak to one of our GPs.
Book an appointment online via the Gogodoc website and ask the GP for a doctors sick note online during your consultation. Alternatively, request one during a home visit or walk-in clinic appointment.
If our doctors confirm that you are not fit for work (or to take exams), they will provide you with a private sick note just after the consultation.
You would only need to pay an additional £35 to receive the online sick note via email (on the same day). We also provide fit-to-fly certificates and referral letters.
