1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Gogodoc's website and services. By using our website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Our Services
Gogodoc provides private GP services including home visits, in-clinic consultations, online video and telephone consultations, and various medical documentation services. We operate as a private medical service and do not replace NHS services.
3. Medical Emergency Notice
Gogodoc is NOT an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 999 or 111 immediately. Do not use Gogodoc for emergencies.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Home visits are arranged subject to doctor availability and response times are not guaranteed.
5. Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking or consultation. We do not accept health insurance directly, though you may submit claims to your insurer after treatment. All prices are clearly stated on our website and are subject to change.
6. Our Doctors
All Gogodoc clinicians are fully qualified and GMC-registered UK doctors. We prioritise safe medical decision-making. If specialist care or hospital assessment is required, patients are advised immediately and referred appropriately.
